After spending nearly 16 years of my life living in Phoenix, AZ, I made the move to Austin, TX for the opportunity to dive back into the artistic world. While in Austin, I was involved with several organizations such as South by Southwest. I also worked at a little known company called Apple, Inc. My professional experience is fairly robust; however, the glass ceiling was always present so I found a way to get back into academia. My journey has now brought me to Orlando, FL where I am currently teaching at Valencia College and Seminole State, as well as pursuing a doctoral degree at the University of Central Florida.
